Foundations Review

Much like life the most important element of any wardrobe is a great foundation. The more comfortable you are under your cloths the more confident you look and feel in them. A sexy comfortable body briefer smooths your curves and gives you’re cloths to better drape over your body.

As we all know it is at times necessary to mold those rolls into the right places. Unfortunately women must often trade style for practicality when it comes to support garments. The ones that look sexy usually give the least support so support and comfort often come in the form of foundation garments that make you feel old and fat.

With these things in mind I set out to find a body briefer that is supportive, sexy and affordable (or at least well worth the price tag). I am pleased to announce that my mission was a success, here are the results broken into three categories.

Spanx are also more expensive than your average brand but when it comes to support garments you really get what you pay for.     If you are not a fan yet this collection will make you a believer. The first few looks are a parade of pencil pants, glossed finishes its classic De La Renta style on an olive and cream palate. Just as I start having an Audrey Hepburn moment, I’m thinking ‘Breakfast at Tiffany’s’… and there she is in a khaki colored dress with red piping and crisscross details across the chest. Fabulous!!!

    Beauty Guide … Take me away

    Mrs. Obama was beaming brighter than Carroll’s Daughter herself last night in spite of her husbands second place finish in New Hampshire (it was on 3% points) maybe she checked out Style.com’s 2008 product guide. They have some helpful expert tips and new products but the spa recommendations where my reason for clicking. We all need a day (or 7) to be pampered, like many of you I am waaaay overdue for an hour let alone a day. I’d bet Hillary Clinton was wishing for a spa day after Iowa. It might have saved her from her much talked about “near tear” moment of weakness in New Hampshire… but then maybe she wouldn’t of won.
